CHALLENGE
How can Odyssey instill confidence in employees and individuals decision to relocate?

THE PROBLEM
The name “Odyssey” tends to be futuristic, innovative, and ahead of their time, but their current style and brand was stuck in the Apollo missions lost at sea. Although a successful full-service relocation company for over 30 years, Odyssey lacked having a current company brand and style, and the project offered many exciting possibilities and opportunities to assist Odyssey in updating their brand for current and future clients.
APPROACH
Through initial conversation with marketing, sales, and research, it was decided to switch directions on the site and create more of a Storybrand flow and concept. Updating their brand to a current pallet of colors, different writing style, updated design elements, and more engaging imagery, this would give Odyssey an instant warmth and inviting approach as visitors came to the site to learn more and work with Odyssey.

Odyssey started as a small update of new brand colors and fonts, and quickly evolved which lead to a full overhaul. Odyssey simplified the clients journey through relocation by removing many unnecessary processes and introduced step-by-step processes and workflows. Even though the new site grew in the amount of content, the clients experience was more enjoyable through being able to navigate easier, and locate the information they ultimately needed.
THE CLIENT PERSPECTIVE
When navigating a site, especially when trying to learn and educate yourself in such a stressful situation like a relocation, you want to get the best information in the least amount of stress possible. The new Odyssey site has personality and a calmness to it, which allows the client to feel at ease in knowing that Odyssey is with them every step of the way in their relocation journey.
